A Long-Haul Flight

Last Monday was a good Monday. A very sweet migratory bird found it´s way from Canada to Finland. How lucky I am! Claudia from Auxpetitsoiseaux participated the Holiday Ornament Swap 2007 and so did I. But we were in different groups, and therefore decided now to do our own "mini swap".

This cute felt bird is cleverly done, because when it´s hanging, the wings spread out as if it were flying. I am going to use the bird for Easter decoration in our house and I will take some pics so you´ll see what became of my "Easter nest" with Claudia´s lovely bird. And, doesn´t the tag look just marvellous as well!

Thank you very much Claudia! : )

I just got a lovely package!!! There was a wonderful ornament (it is so pretty and I love its size), the cutest set of napkins (our napkins are always from China! How come we don't have canadian napkins?) and some chocolate that I keep for my afternoon snack. Thank you so much Mirka. After a not that nice day at work, it was wonderful to get your package! You really made my day :) My husband also loves your ornament! And people at work too...yes, I needed to show it to some people at the office ;) Thank you again. xox
